Privacy Policy
Effective as of: November 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Duct Cleaning Pomona collects, uses, and handles information gathered through its website, ductcleaningpomona.com, and through any service inquiry submitted by visitors. It applies to all individuals who browse the site, complete a contact or quote-request form, initiate a chat session, or otherwise communicate with Duct Cleaning Pomona through this website. By continuing to use ductcleaningpomona.com or by submitting any request through it, a visitor acknowledges that they have read this policy and agree to its terms.
1. Consent to Contact
When a visitor submits a form, sends a message through a chat feature, or transmits information to Duct Cleaning Pomona through ductcleaningpomona.com in any other manner, that visitor consents to the transfer of their information as described in this policy. The visitor also expressly agrees to be contacted by Duct Cleaning Pomona and its service partners regarding their request. That contact may take the form of phone calls – including calls placed using automated dialing equipment or calls that deliver a prerecorded message – text messages, or email.
Agreeing to receive calls or text messages of this kind is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any service. A visitor may still obtain services without consenting to automated or prerecorded communications.
2. Text Message Communications
If Duct Cleaning Pomona sends text messages in connection with a service request, the frequency of those messages will vary depending on the nature and status of the inquiry. Standard message and data rates imposed by a visitor’s mobile carrier may apply. To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message received. To request assistance, reply HELP. These instructions will be honored promptly.
3. Information Collected
Duct Cleaning Pomona collects information that visitors provide directly when using ductcleaningpomona.com, as well as certain technical data generated automatically during a visit. Information provided directly may include:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Service address or location
- Description of the project or work requested
This information is typically submitted through contact forms, quote-request forms, chat features, or by phone. In addition, Duct Cleaning Pomona automatically collects basic technical data such as pages visited on ductcleaningpomona.com and browser type. This technical data is used to maintain and improve the website.
4. Children’s Privacy
ductcleaningpomona.com is intended for use by adults seeking home services and is not directed at children under the age of 13. Duct Cleaning Pomona does not knowingly collect personal information from any individual under 13. If Duct Cleaning Pomona becomes aware that information has been submitted by or on behalf of a child under 13, that information will be deleted promptly.
5. Retention of Information
Duct Cleaning Pomona retains the personal information collected through ductcleaningpomona.com only for as long as necessary to coordinate the requested service, follow up on an open inquiry, or satisfy applicable legal obligations. Once information is no longer needed for those purposes, Duct Cleaning Pomona takes reasonable steps to dispose of or de-identify it.
6. Analytics and Site Traffic
Duct Cleaning Pomona may use analytics tools that collect anonymous, aggregated data about how visitors interact with ductcleaningpomona.com – such as which pages are viewed most often and how long visitors remain on the site. This information is reviewed in aggregate form only and is used solely to understand site performance and improve the visitor experience. Duct Cleaning Pomona does not sell visitors’ browsing data to any outside party.
7. How Information Is Shared
When a visitor submits a service request through ductcleaningpomona.com, the contact details and project information included in that submission are passed along to the contractors and tradespeople who are positioned to respond to, quote, and carry out that type of work. These are working businesses that operate on their own – they are not employees or agents of Duct Cleaning Pomona – and once they receive a visitor’s information, they may reach out to that visitor directly to discuss the project.
Duct Cleaning Pomona may also share information when required to do so by law, or to protect the rights and safety of any person. Beyond the circumstances described in this policy, visitor information is not disclosed to unrelated outside parties for their own unrelated purposes.
8. Changes to This Policy
